Philip Anyolo is a Kenyan Roman Catholic bishop. Philip Anyolo is currently serving as the Archbishop of Kisumu, Kenya. Philip Anyolo was born on the 18th of May, 1956 in Tongaren, Bungoma constituency in Kenya. He is 66 Years old.

In October 1983, Philip got ordained as a priest for the Catholic Diocese of Eldoret, Kenya.

In 1995, Philip Anyolo was appointed as the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kericho by Pope John Paul II and a year later, ordained as a bishop. Philip Anyolo served at Kericho until March 2003 when he got another appointment as the Apostolic Administrator of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Homa Bay. This was upon the resignation of Rt. Rev. Linus Okok Okwach who previously handled the position.

On March 2003, Pope John Paul II appointed Philip Anyolo as the Bishop of Homa Bay, Kenya, he got installed a month later. Philip Anyolo is also serving as the Chairperson of the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Philip is currently serving as the Archbishop of Kisumu, Kenya, after being appointed on 15th November 2019.

Philip Anyolo took over from Archbishop Zacchaeus Okoth, who retired after serving for a number of years.
