Paul Martin was born on the 28th of August 1938 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and Paul is thirty-three years old. Paul Martin is a Canadian politician who was the twenty-first Prime Minister of Canada and leader of the Liberal Party. Canada after being the Finance Minister of Canada. Martin served as a Member of Parliament for the riding of LaSalle-Emmard in Montreal from the 1988 election until his retirement in 2008. He served as the Finance Minister from 1993 to 2002.

He oversaw several changes to the Canadian government’s financial structure, and his policies directly impacted the country’s chronic fiscal deficit by reforming various programs, including social services.
