Katelyn McClure and her boyfriend Mark D’Amico created a story about a helpless woman and started a GoFundMe account to raise money from people to help helpless men. More than $14,000 people donated to the account and Katelyn and her boyfriend used it to buy a vehicle and lifestyle this month.

The name of that helpless man is Johnny Bobbitt Jr. who is a Veteran. He served in the US Marine Corps and served in the Marines as a paramedic and firefighter. One time, Johnny gave his last $20 to help Kelly buy gas for her car on a Philadelphia highway in 2017.

She heard his story and started promoting his story on social media to raise funds to help him. she wrote,

Mark pleaded guilty to federal charges. In April, he was selected to jail for 27 months for being the leader of the group.
