K. Sarangi IAS Daughter Controversy
IAS officer, K. Sarangi posted in New Delhi has filed an FIR against the youth for marrying his daughter Dr. Harsha Sarangi under an alleged conspiracy of ‘love jihad’ in Ghaziabad.
Sarangi said in the FIR, that the daughter had returned from Ukraine in 2016 after doing MBBS. Abdul Rehman, a resident of Mawana in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. had been following him since 2017. Abdul Rehman trapped the daughter by weaving a web of deception. The injured daughter first, then showed sympathy and then started keeping it together by applying pressure. Abdul Rehman tried to burn the daughter’s face with boiling oil so that he would have no option but to agree to marry her. She got it registered by solemnizing the marriage in the temple in November 2018 to avoid legal action. Abdul Rehman and Harsh Bharti are currently living in Noida since their marriage. Abdul Rehman, an office-bearer of Vedic Hindu Sabha, Ghaziabad, office bearers of Arya Samaj Mandir Trust, Delhi have been named in the FIR.
