Jon Semira always wanted to be a professional basketball player so he studied well and worked hard to become a professional basketball player his parents always supported his career. Jon Semira completed his college and graduated from San Sebastian College.
Jon Semira started playing basketball at the young age of 6 and always wanted to play against some high-level competition to stay in shape in the off-season. Due to his skills, he caught the eye of the Mississauga Power and he went to China for a tournament to play against the New Zealand national team.
Jon Semira is the first Filipino in the Megacity Pro-Am League. Jon Semira has played basketball for San Sebastian College and won a championship in 2009. Jon Semira has played for Cebuana Lhuillier, Drutas Fruitshakers, and Cafe France in the PBA D-League. Jon Semira has said that basketball has been able to open up a lot of floors for him and he is truly blessed to play the game I Love for a Living.
