He was born on 1 January 1973 in Guru Bazar city of Srinagar in Kashmir. He is a Former Terriost and current chairman of the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front. Bitta Killed Kashmiri Pandit from January 1990 to June 1990 by the order of Ashfaq Majeed Wani. He used a Pistol and AK-47 and he killed people in the street of Srinagar. Then he was arrested by the Indian Forces. He was sent to prison.
